The test covered the brand history, strengths, how its products are manufactured, unique selling point and the brand story.
It turned out this test was implemented by his boss who received feedback from the brand company which has engaged mystery shopper to visit the boutique.
N said his boss wants them to tell the story behind the brand to customers instead of just selling a product.
The test will be ongoing with different modules.
N commented he has forgotten everything that he studied and memorized two weeks after the exams.
