Her son tried arrange as many of the appointments to be on the same day so she doesn't has to keep going down.
He called the hospital twice and was informed the dates he wanted to change the appointments to were not available.
He emailed them and was told there's no available slots.
Then he asked if he could be put on waiting list so that the hospital can inform him once a slot becomes available instead of him calling them again and again.
The staff replied they do not have a waiting list and advised him to call their hotline or email them to check for any slots that may become available. This is exactly what he has been doing.
Does this mean that he need to call or email everyday to check since slots could be snap up quickly by another patient?
Isn't it creating more work for the staff?
