It's the one that is usually reserved for celebration of special occasions.
When I called to make a reservation, the staff told me that only outdoor seating was available.
The haze problem has just started. The table is far from the buffet counters and you have to pass through a closed door.
I was a little disappointed but left with no choice since it was a last minute thing.
Upon arrival, we were treated with the same warm service and shown to our table outside at a corner. The restaurant was indeed full as there was a hosted lunch for participants of a seminar held at the hotel.
There were some birds jumping and flying around looking for an opportunity to steal some food.
After having our first round of food, we stood up ready for the second round. There were some cheese left on my side plate which I planned to enjoy slowly.
The moment we walked away, a bird flew to our table. I quickly ran back and shooed the bird away before it had a chance to lay its beak on the food.
Being the paranoid person as I am (due to bird flu), I decided to throw the remaining cheese away.
At this time, a waitress came by.
"The birds also want to eat the food," I said to her in a half-joking manner.
Before we finished our second serving of food, the waitress came and asked if we would like to move indoor.
"Oh yes definitely," I exclaimed.
She said she'll arrange and let us know when it's ready.
Then the restaurant manager came over and informed us that our table was ready and to let them know when we are ready to move.
After he left, we decided to continue our food inside instead of finishing it first.
We took our bags and with our plates of food on our hands and off we went.
Once inside, we realized we didn't know where were we supposed to move to and just stood there looking lost with the plates on our hands while other seated guests looked at us in amusement.
A waitress who passed by us on her way to serve coffee to another guest stopped to ask if she could help us.
We told her that her colleague is arranging another table for us. Another waiter also came by to offer help.
Soon we were seated at our table.
Another waiter came by to check that everything was fine and asked if we would like to have coffee or tea.
The manager came by again to make sure that we are happy.
And did I mention this previously?
The service staff actually stopped and let you have the right of way whenever they are in your way.
