There is a 30% off early bird promotion for stay between 1st July to 31st August 2015 for their online member, which I am a member.
Since the promotion is until end August, I wrote in to check if there will be any similar promotion for September.
The first reply came back advising me to log in to get 10% off the best flexible rate.
Thinking that I wasn't clear in my email, I replied asking specifically if there is any early bird promotion of 30% off for the month of September.
Another staff replied asking me to sign up as an online member so that I can see the best offer online. He further said that early bird promo is a good deal and rooms are subject to availability.
Didn't I make myself clear what I am asking about?
Why they are not answering my question?
Were they unable to understand what I'm saying? Were they too busy clearing their inquiries so that they can hit their turnaround time or KPIs (key performance indicator)?
