There are a lot of things you need and must do. There are also a lot of things you don't need and must not do.
But we often get confused about what's most important.

During the program, the advisor ate at the restaurant and made observations about the design of the place, menu, the environment, how the place was run and what the staffs have done wrong. Based on these observations and probably a lot more discussions, they set out to make changes.
