I was having a casual chat with a business associate recently.
Suddenly I asked him "What's the biggest problem you faced in your business?" He was taken aback for a split second before trying to get some words out of his mouth. I prompted him with some hints like manpower shortage, rental costs, etc and he agreed with me. Seeing that he's not absolutely sure of the answers he gave me, I decided not to probe further into areas like what is he doing to address the problem, are his competitors facing the same problem, what are the competitors doing to solve the problem Hope this will sets him thinking What happens when your staff do not understand the customers and never bother to ask questions.

And they are only willing to give me a $10 mobile phone voucher when I expressed interest in renewing my subscription contract for another 24 months at a Seeing the rain.
Taking a bus. Talking on the phone. Appreciate what you take for granted. Thank you.
