The Customer Service Department is taken over by a staff who just came back from her sabbatical leave.

Previously, he had a drastic pay cut to keep his position. What happened was he took a 20% pay cut and worked 4 days instead of 5 per week.
Now, his pay remains the same but he has to work 5 days instead of 4.
