As these vouchers are expiring end Dec 2013, I made a trip to the mall to use them.
Upon reaching the mall, I realized the restaurant has closed.
Went to the concierge and was told that I could exchange these vouchers for vouchers of the same value of a Japanese restaurant in the mall.
I didn't like the restaurant and asked if I could exchange it for vouchers of my preferred choice. As expected, it was not possible.
I wonder why the mall did not at least send me an email to remind me to use the voucher before the restaurant closed. Anyway, they have my records.
Making a difference is not difficult.
It could have been so simple as an email reminder.
