While walking around looking for other food to eat, I was stopped by a lady in her 50's. She was doing a survey on customer experiences shopping at the airport.
It took me a while to realize what was she doing after she flashed her pass to me as her self introduction was not clear. She was using an iPad with a kind of scoring system installed where she can read out the questions and select the answers which were represented by emoticons.
As she saw me carrying the cake, she asked about my experience shopping at that particular store.
Not sure if she felt pressured for imposing on us, she was asking the questions in lightning speed. Before I could pause and think, she was already giving me some lead answers that led me to give a somewhat neutral to positive answers. I could vaguely remember her selecting the middle icon for most of the questions which I believed mean average.
