This morning, I ran into the guy doing the same thing again.
That sets me thinking.
What if I go and grade a dissatisfaction right after him?
What will the manager think when he churn out the report and notices two entirely different feedback within one minute?
Will he treat this as a prank?
For the cleaner who graded himself, did he select "Good" or "Satisfactory"?
If he has been smart enough, he would grade himself differently between "Good" and "Satisfactory."
What if it turns out that there are feedback received only when he is on duty?
Of course he wouldn't know that.
Assuming he does know, would he stays back to grade the other colleague on duty?
