Subscribers of their services who sign up for the reward program will receive an e-voucher every week as long as they achieve the weekly goal within the stipulated period.
The e-voucher will be stored in the e-wallet of the application and is valid for two weeks from date of issue.
Subscribers can show the e-voucher to staff at the participating retail outlets to scan the bar code in order to use it. They also have the option to send the e-voucher to an email address as well.
The application was updated after a few months to add in an option to mark the e-voucher as used as users feedback that they were unable to track which e-vouchers have been used.
At the same time, the option to send the e-voucher to an email address was removed.
It was not mentioned if the option was removed because of customers' feedback.
